Kichi is a character in Kaiba who first appears in "The Name is Warp." Sate is his sister.
Abilities
Kichi is able to alter memories using technology. His wheelchair allows him to travel vertically up towers.
Appearance
Kichi has golden brown hair in a bowl cut with blunt bangs. He wears a red and grey suit that can attach to his wheelchair.
In "The Revolving Fan" he changes bodies with a robot that he created. The robot is large and almost every part of it has missiles or is a missile strong enough to take down the government's robots.
History
Kichi has lived in the underworld with his sister Sate since they were children.
After Popo discovered Neiro's growing relationship with Kaiba, he ordered Kichi to alter her memories. Kichi secretly transferred these memories to Hyohyo's body.
Kichi received Kaiba's memories from Vanilla's ship and placed them back into his original body.
Kichi tried to get Neiro to listen to reason when she was trying to kill Kaiba, through telling her that her memories have been altered and that she and Kaiba love each other.
After Neiro shot at Kaiba accidentally, Kichi is the one who brings her to Kaiba's body, which has fallen down a long tunnel. He also keeps her out of the way of the electrolyte cloud.
He switches bodies into a robot body in order to give Neiro and Hyohyo time to reach Kaiba. Hyohyo stays and he apologizes for her confusing existence. He also confesses to Hyohyo that he had forgotten that he loved her, all the while shooting at the government's robots.
Personality
Kichi is independent, clear headed, and rational, doing what he can to help Neiro and Kaiba realize their love for each other despite being ordered to alter Neiro's memories by Popo.
He is smart; he created his own robot body and figured out how Kaiba's memory system worked without a memory chip.
He seems to be caring and compassionate. He apologizes to Hyohyo for creating her because she was now someone separate from Neiro despite containing her unaltered memories and later tells Hyohyo that her father's death wasn't her fault.
He is also sentimental, telling Hyohyo that the stuffed animal that she dropped when they were children is something that he's kept as a lucky charm. He also jumps with joy when he realizes that Hyohyo saved him from a missile.
